Dear Pro-Duffers USA, Inc. Members and Guests:

 

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2012 Spring Fling, and welcome to the Registration Website.

To assist you in completing your registration, presented below are links to important information and instructions regarding the 2012 Spring Fling.  Also presented is a summary of the Golf Package Costs and Fees and Pro-Duffers USA, Inc. Registration Fees which comprise the Total Fees Payable of the 2012 Spring Fling, and the required 2012 Spring Fling Registration Request.  Please note that you can pay the applicable Total Fees Payable in full upon the submission of a Registration Request, or via two (2) installment payments, as further described in

the summary.  The Total Fees Payable must be paid by March 1, 2012.

 

After you review the registration information and instructions, please complete your Registration Request, and then complete your check payment or PayPal payment of the applicable Total Fees Payable.  If you prefer to pay the applicable Total Fees Payable via PayPal, please note that the required PayPal Percentage Fee of 2.50%, plus the PayPal Transaction Fee of $0.30, will be borne by the Golfer Registrant or Non-Golfer Registrant.  When your Registration Request and check payment or PayPal payment have been received and processed by the Orlando Chapter, you will be added to the List of Registered Golfers and Non-Golfers of the 2012 Spring Fling.

 

To complete your resort room reservation online, please click the link to the Hilton Garden Inn Resort Room Reservation Portal.  To complete your resort room reservation via land line or cellular, please contact the Hilton Garden Inn at (772) 871-6850, and reference the "Pro-Duffers USA 2012 Spring Fling".  Registration, check-in and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn is mandatory to participate in the 2012  Spring Fling.

Notes:

 

(1)  Pursuant to contractual obligations with the PGA Golf Club and Hilton Garden Inn, Pro-Duffers USA, Inc. is required to collect the

      2012 Spring Fling Golf Package Costs and Fees that Registrants would typically pay to the resort facility for the full payment of a

      resort room and golf package.

 

(2)  Registrants may pay the Total Fees Payable in full upon submission of a 2012 Spring Fling Registration Request, or via two (2)              installment payments pursuant to the following:

 

  • First Installment: Payment of the applicable Pro-Duffers USA, Inc. Golfer Registration Fee of $100.00 and/or Non-Golfer
                                                Registration Fee of $50.00, upon submission of a Registration Request; and

     

  • Second Installment: Payment of the applicable Golf Package Costs and Fees, which must be completed by March 1, 2012.

 

(3)  The Summary of Total Fees Payable does not include the all-in total 2012 Spring Fling Resort Room Rate of $89.20 per room, per

      night, for single or double occupancy, that Registrants will pay the Hilton Garden Inn upon check-out and departure.

 

(4)  If you prefer to pay the applicable Total Fees Payable via PayPal, please note that the required PayPal Percentage Fee of 2.5%,

      plus the PayPal Transaction Fee of $0.30, will be borne by the Golfer Registrant or Non-Golfer Registrant.
